Greetings,

God’s Word will correct us … IF … (and that’s a big IF) … we allow it to happen. His Word was not intended to merely pat us on the back and tell us how well we’re doing. He wants to help us mend our ways and adjust our behavior through the power of His Holy Spirit. When that happens, we will experience even greater favor and blessings from above.

Unfortunately, some people do not want to be corrected:

Zephaniah 3:2 (NKJV) – “She has not obeyed His voice, She has not received correction; She has not trusted in the LORD, She has not drawn near to her God.”

Some people refuse to draw near to God, but they won’t wander too far away either. They want to stay close enough to receive His blessings, but not so close that they cannot do as they please. They know that moving too close will require some adjustments in their lifestyle.

Father, draw us close to You. Help us make whatever changes are needed so we can stay close to Your side. I submit my life to the instruction and guidance of Your Word. We need You, Lord!

Today, I’m worshiping with Willow Worship and “Holy Spirit Medley.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!

Greetings,

God firmly believes in the law of sowing and reaping. This principle is most often associated with giving, but it involves much more. It’s true about EVERYTHING we do!

Psalm 126:5-6 (NKJV) – “Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. [6] He who continually goes forth weeping, bearing seed for sowing, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.”

Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. When you go forth, bearing precious seed, you will doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing your sheaves (harvest) with you!

What does that mean? It means whatever you sow—effort, time, sacrifice, love or resources, it will be rewarded. The only requirement is to plant the seed in good soil. So, if you do your best and are careful to invest, God will see that you reap a harvest!

Sow into your marriage… sow into your children’s future … sow into soul-winning… sow into the Kingdom of God. All of this is good soil. You will definitely reap a much greater harvest if your seed is planted in productive soil. Think about this one … if you sow with tears, you’ll reap with laughter!

Father, I thank You for Your promises of harvest that are coming with every effort I make to help the world be a better place, and to bless others. You are the Lord of the Harvest.

Today, I’m worshiping with Donald Lawrence and “Seasons.”

Greetings,

One of the highest honors a person can receive is when the leader of their nation appoints them to be an ambassador to another nation. An ambassador is not only empowered to do business with the other nation, but they are also given the great privilege of diplomatic immunity.

Did you know that God has chosen and appointed us to be His ambassadors to conduct Kingdom business against the powers of darkness in this fallen world?

2 Corinthians 5:20 (NKJV) – “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.”

God’s Kingdom is in the business of restoring fallen man to his original, God-given potential and purpose. While the kingdom of darkness seeks to destroy mankind, God wants to redeem us.

Because Satan is determined to hinder our assignment, he constantly makes our lives difficult. But like our nation’s diplomatic officials, God has granted us immunity. No weapon formed against us can prosper when we’re fulfilling our assignment.

Father, help me to serve in Your Kingdom and to fulfill my daily assignments. Use me to set captives free! I also thank You for Psalm 91, protection over my life and family!

Today, I’m worshiping with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and “Chain Breaker, You Are Holy.”

Greetings,

In this fractured and divided age, have you ever felt as if everyone around you was angry, critical, or filled with hate? Does it seem they are looking for something to use against you? The author of the following psalm understood those feelings:

Psalm 57:4 (NKJV) – “My soul is among lions; I lie among the sons of men Who are set on fire, Whose teeth are spears and arrows, And their tongue a sharp sword.”

While the times in which we live may seem unusual, they are not new at all. Even back when this psalm was written, people were critical, hostile and searching for ways to harm others. David, the author of Psalm 57, was fleeing from Saul, who was doing his best to kill him. But if God protected David, why wouldn’t He do the same for you?

Thank You, Lord, for protecting and keeping us safe. I’m asking You to heal the many divisions in our world and speak to those who would love to harm Your people. May we stand strong in our devotion for You.

Today, I’m worshiping with Clint Brown and “Lord, I Praise You.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!
