Greetings,

What is your attitude toward the challenges that you are facing today? Are you angry, resentful, fearful or in doubt? Instead, you can be happy, thankful, positive and believing.

Some folks seem to face a difficult circumstance and sail right through it, while others who face the same situation barely make it through. There is a reason it’s that way. Did you know that your problem sees you the same way you see yourself in relationship to it? Look at what happened to the Israelites:

Numbers 13:33 (NKJV) – “There we saw the giants (Anak’s descendants came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight."

When you think of yourself as being easily defeated by the enemy, that’s how he sees you. But when you see yourself as victorious, that’s how he sees you too! If you consider yourself to be weak and defenseless, the enemy knows you are fearful and afraid. However, when you think of yourself as being strong, gifted, empowered by God and unwavering, the problem you’re confronting sees you in that same way— and will melt away before you!

Lord, help me to see myself as You see me—as a strong, capable overcomer. By Your great power and strength I can do all things, because You are giving me strength. I stand in Your ability which is unlimited, and not my own which is small. Thank you!

Today, I’m worshiping with Natalie Grant and “I Praise You in This Storm.”

Greetings,

When God does something, you can be sure that He will always do it right! This is what Jeremiah said:

Jeremiah 17:14 (NKJV) – “Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; Save me, and I shall be saved, FOR YOU ARE MY PRAISE.”

We can trust God to do what He has promised, because He always fulfills His Word. The Scripture is so emphatic about His promises, that we can confidently call upon the Name of the Lord when we need Him. Because He is faithful, He never fails to keep His Word! Call upon Him today, regardless of what you need.

Thank You, Lord, for healing me. Thank You for saving me. Thank You for loving me. You deserve my worship and praise! Indeed you are my praise and the very reason I worship, as well as being the One I worship. There is no one else like You.

Today, I’m worshiping with Bebe Winans and “Love Lifted Me.”

Greetings,

Have you ever thought about how much Jesus gave to save you? It cost Him His life! What does that say about how much He must love us, that He would die in our place, even before we were born? Even more stunning is the fact that He made this provision knowing that we could choose to reject Him. Still He chose to give His life for us rather than leave us undone and without hope. How could I possibly fail to serve God after knowing that He cared for me so deeply?

Zechariah 13:1 (NKJV) - "In that day a fountain shall be opened for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for uncleanness.”

The old song goes, “There is a fountain filled with blood, drawn from Immanuel’s veins; and sinners, plunged beneath that flood, lose all their guilty stains.” That fountain still flows today, available to all who need it.

Father, I thank You for the fountain of blood that was opened when Jesus was nailed to the cross and His side was pierced. It has forgiven, washed, and cleansed me from all my sins. Oh, what a Savior! I love You Lord, with all of my being.

Today, I’m worshiping with Shane and Shane and “There Is a Fountain.”

Greetings,

Covenants were important in scripture. The people of the Bible understood their significance and valued covenants highly. You cannot understand God’s heart if you fail to comprehend the value of covenants. That’s because our God is a “covenant-keeping” God. This is what Jeremiah wrote:

Jeremiah 33:19-21 (NKJV) – “And the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying, [20] "Thus says the LORD: 'If you can break My covenant with the day and My covenant with the night, so that there will not be day and night in their season, [21] then My covenant may also be broken with David My servant, so that he shall not have a son to reign on his throne, and with the Levites, the priests, My ministers.”

If you have the power to change the 24 hour cycle when day begins or night ends to some other time than what God has appointed, there is the possibility that He could break the covenant He has made with His people. But in all the millions of years the earth has existed, not once has day and night failed to honor His command to begin at their appointed time.

We are the recipients of the New Covenant of Grace. If He always keeps His promises and fulfills His Word, you can believe that He will fulfill every promise and the covenant He has made with you!

Father, thank You for never failing to keep the promises that You have given me.  Because of Your covenant, I have been forgiven of my sins and set free from my past. They cannot come back to haunt me. Jesus paid my debt and set me free. The covenant that I have with You was sealed with the blood of Christ. That includes Your promises to protect, provide and bless me. I am highly favored by You today!
