Greetings,

Ever notice how the enemy constantly reminds us of our past, and the many mistakes we have made? He tells us that God would never bless or use us after all of those wrong choices. If he continually speaks those lies to me, I’m sure he does the same to you. But notice what God’s Word says:

Ezekiel 18:21-22 (NKJV) - "But if a wicked man turns from all his sins which he has committed, keeps all My statutes, and does what is lawful and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. [22] None of the transgressions which he has committed shall be remembered against him; because of the righteousness which he has done, he shall live.”

No matter how wicked we might have been, or bad the things we did in the past, when we turn to God and begin to live for Him, none of those thoughts, words, or deeds will be remembered against us. Jesus’ death on the cross gives the repentant soul a fresh start.

If that’s true for someone who gives their life to God after not even trying to live for Him, how much more is it true for His own children? Yes, we will make more mistakes because we are human; but if we will turn to Him in humility and repentance, they too will be cancelled by His blood. Isn’t our God amazing!

Lord, I thank You for being such a forgiving God and for erasing the sins of my past. I believe that the blood of Jesus covers my past, provides for my present, and secures my future. Thank You for loving me and giving me a new start!

Today, I’m worshiping with Willow Creek and “Here’s My Heart.”

We love you and are praying for you. Be INSPIRED!

Greetings,

It is so easy to form ugly habits of complaining, criticizing, and finding fault. Without even realizing it, we can fall into an awful rut of speaking negative words. Our speech can affect our lives for good or for bad.

Proverbs 18:21 (NKJV) – “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.”

It may not be the words we say to others as much as those we speak to ourselves. Our self-talk can be destructive—or it can be liberating and life-giving. Which one is yours?

Father, I pray that You will help me cultivate a lifestyle of speaking positive, encouraging words, rather than making negative remarks that produce death. Help me learn to speak life both to and about others, as well as in the conversations I have within my own heart.

Today, I’m worshiping with Clint Brown and “Waiting on You.”

Greetings,

Thank God, our sins are gone! I mean, they have been totally removed and washed away by the blood of Jesus! GONE!

Psalm 103:12 (NKJV) – “As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.”

We did nothing to deserve it—and we certainly didn’t earn it! Because of God’s goodness, He has removed our transgressions. While it didn’t cost us a thing, it cost Christ everything!

Thank You, my Lord! Thank You for shedding Your precious blood for me. Thank You for paying such a terrible price that the peace of God can dwell in my heart! I am forgiven. I am clean.

Today, I’m worshiping with Rachel Larson and “There Is a Fountain.”

Greetings,

God wants to bless you! In fact, Hewants to bless ALL of His people. This is true for many reasons: (1) He lovesus; (2) He is kind and good; and (3) He delights in doing good things for Hispeople. But even more, God knows that when He blesses those who are servingHim, we each become a living testimony of His favor and goodness. That’s thebest way to spread the Good News to those who have never given their hearts toour Lord.

Psalm 67:1-2 (NKJV) – “God bemerciful to us and bless us, And cause His face to shine upon us, Selah [2]That Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations.”

Father, let me be a living testimonyof Your goodness, love, and power. I volunteer my life today to become evidenceof how good, loving, and amazing You are. I surrender to be a vessel that willbring You glory. Shine through me that Your way may be made known to others, and Your salvation to everyone.

Today, I’m worshiping with MorganFaleolo and “I Surrender.”
